This cotton satten cloth is made from 100% Cotton long fibres, all material are 100 combed. We make full processing crafts for this sateen fabric to imprive its quality level, Mercerizing and sanforizing has been well done. The finished products will looks shining but very natural. Super soft handfeeling can supply clients a perfect experience. We export this cotton cloth to Eropean countries. It is not an normal products, more like an artwork. This cotton sateenl fabric is one of our running items which is widerly used for different kind of garments, such like fashion, leisure wear and uniforms. The fiished fabric is in light weight to have very good handfeeling of softness and comfort, soomth and breathing.

All our cotton material is Ring Spun yarn type and comes from Chinese main cotton base--Xinjiang, where the best quality cotton plants grows. Cotton fibre is much better than other area. Finished fabric looks white,clean and smooth. Our continuous dyeing producing lines can make client's color in well control, especially for a large quantity of one color, our dyeing fabric always show high coincidence of one color tone. Dyestuffs we are using reactive dyes and Vat dyes for different demand. Our dyed cotton sateen fabric can be used for many fields, especially for lady's wear.

Our dyed cotton satin fabrics are woven by rapier looms or airjet looms, so fabric surface looks perfect and smooth, that can avoid many weaving deffects to meet client's satisfactory.

Our poly Cotton Fabric bright spot:

1. RS yarn to make better strength.

2. Continuous dyeing to make good coincidence of each color.

3. Woven by rapier loom or airjet loom, quality will be much better than shuttle loom quality.

4. For uniforms, we are adopting vat dyestuffs to keep a good colorfastness.

3M finishing, flame retardant finishing, water proof etc.
